These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Wealth Journey Academy LLC’s website, products, services, content, and community features (collectively, the Services). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Overview: Wealth Journey Academy LLC provides digital educational content, mentorship, and community access intended for members committed to investing time and effort to achieve tangible results, not for people looking to casually test-drive the experience. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, results, and outcomes, and you agree the Services are educational and informational in nature.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account information current.

Your Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

Membership and Access: Your membership may include access to courses, live or recorded sessions, downloads, and private communities depending on your plan. Access is delivered digitally. Features may change over time as the Services evolve.

Recurring Billing and Authorization: If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains current and that you can receive emails from us.

Payments and Processors: Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and your payment may be subject to the processor’s terms and privacy practices. We do not control processor outages, declines, or fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation Policy (30 days): You can cancel your membership within 30 days by emailing support@wealthjourneyhq.com with the subject line “Cancel Membership” or by using any self-serve cancellation option provided in your account if available. Cancellation stops future renewals after it is processed. If your cancellation is submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase, you will not be billed again after the current paid period, unless you re-subscribe.

Refund Policy: Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise at checkout in writing, purchases are non-refundable due to the digital nature of access and delivery. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting support@wealthjourneyhq.com, but any exception is granted only in writing and at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated. If a chargeback is granted or suspected to be fraudulent, we may terminate access and restrict future purchases.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security features, scraping, reverse engineering, distributing malware, spamming, or using the Services for unlawful purposes. You agree not to share, sell, transfer, sublicense, or provide your account access to others unless explicitly permitted in writing.

Community Code of Conduct: Members must communicate respectfully at all times. Objectionable content is prohibited, including harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, and targeted abuse. We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban users for conduct we deem unacceptable, with or without warning, to protect the community.

Intellectual Property: All content, training materials, videos, documents, trademarks, branding, and platform materials are owned by Wealth Journey Academy LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, publish, publicly display, create derivative works from, or resell any portion of the Services without express written permission.

User Content License: If you submit content to the Services (including comments, posts, testimonials, or submissions), you grant Wealth Journey Academy LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law and your privacy rights.

No Guarantees: Results are not guaranteed. Any examples, income references, or outcomes discussed are illustrative only and depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, market conditions, and execution.

Third-Party Links and Services: The Services may include links or integrations to third-party sites and tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices, and your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Modification of Services and Terms: We may change or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms occasionally, and modifications are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Refusal of Service and Termination: We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate access to anyone at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, policy violations, abuse, harassment, or conduct that harms the community or business.

Disclaimers: The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealth Journey Academy LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wealth Journey Academy LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

Financial advice: The content provided within this program, including all lessons, activities, and community discussions taking place within Wealth Journey Academy controlled websites and third party platforms and providers, is intended for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Derek Cossettini and Wealth Journey Academy are not licensed financial advisors or fiduciaries, and the curriculum is designed to provide frameworks for independent decision-making rather than specific investment recommendations. All business models, financial formulas, and case studies are shared as illustrative examples of modern economic strategies and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future earnings or financial success. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and applicable United States federal law. You agree that any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
