Service overview: Wealth Journey Academy provides digital education, mentorship, and a community designed to help members progress through consistent execution, not casual “trying it out.” The Services may include access to courses, live or recorded training, downloads, private community areas, and support features depending on your plan.
Information we collect: We may collect information you provide, such as your name (if provided), username, email address, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form where applicable), messages to support, and any content you submit in community areas, forms, or assignments. We may collect purchase and account details such as subscription status, invoices/receipts, transaction identifiers, and customer service history. Payments: Purchases may be processed through third-party payment processors. Wealth Journey Academy does not store full credit card numbers on its servers and does not have access to your full card details; payment processing is handled by the payment provider.

Governing law and jurisdiction: Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, and brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas.
